Since Advair Diskus contains salmeterol it should not be used with or within 2 weeks after discontinuation of MAO inhibitors or tricyclic antidepressants.
If you take Advair Diskus with certain other drugs, it can be increased, decreased or altered the effects of the medicine. It is therefore particularly important with your doctor before combining Advair Diskus as follows:
