Eat below your calorie range at first if you have top fat cardio then build the muscle then eat within your calorie range to maintain your weigh you actually don’t even have to eat health when doing like this but your not going to eat much if you don’t eat healthy half gallon drink water seven days 3 morning 2 in the afternoon and 3 in the evening and do a colon cleans to jump start your weigh loss and eat mufas things such as peanuts,olives and canola oil what Ive learned hope that helped

i have a serious question…btw i <3 how ur diet plan worked but everythin i try dosent work. And I try to do excersise but i give up! and i canot afford to do advertisement stuff and like weight watchers and stuff like that. And btw i am 200 pounds and i am 13 about to go on 14! what do i do?? please give me some advice.

LOL, “the angel came,” eh? This vid isn’t particularly convincing…people really need to realize that true change starts with the person themselves and that most of these “lose weight fast and easy” programs are complete BS! In fact, the only program I’ve ever come across that produced real results was this: bit(dot)ly/lose_the_fat

I am 13(in a half) years old, I weigh 98.5lb, I have a high metabolism, my younger sister Anna(12 years old) weighs 78.5lb i think, and she some type of thing that makes her throw up her food if she eats to much, if she skips a meal she’ll lose weight, me older sister April(28 years old) she weighs 97lb
