First time using a bleach whitener. I have seen a change in color (got lighter) after 2 uses. I feel it didn’t come with enough of the re-balancing gel for after usage, so now i have buy more re-balancer, i have twice as much whitener to re-balancer, but it works. -

I have been ordering Watts Power White products for years from Direct 2u Wholesale LLC. I saw Watts Power advertised cheaper by White Smile but received a totally different, imitation product. Received some generic, unbranded, unsealed and loose gel in a shipping bag, TOTALLY GROSS! Will not buy from White Smile ever again, a very horrible experience… Amazon should be aware of this bad experience and seller activities… Be sure that the gels you order are Branded with the Watts Power Name to ensure authentic product and formula.
