wow this is amazing i cant believe u have the guts to do this.I am ment to be goin in for surgery in a few months but i really dont want too, I have tried wearing a brace and it did not work out well. I have 2 curves and the lower curve is 45 degrees and i am gettin surgery on the 5 lower bones of my back. I was wodering if the pain was really bad because i cant really cope with alot of pain (i am only 11) also how flexible are you now that you have had your op.

A lot of people said that they feel very painful after surgery, but I didn’t feel much pain o-o, just a little uncomfortable when I lay on one side for too long. But yea, It sucks, catching up with homework T~T (high school) and not being able to do anything much like running, jumping, etc. for a VERY long time T~T

Hi there!
It’s really encouraging to see people have the operation and to recover so well, good for those who are due to have their surgery. I’ve had Scoliosis since birth and had to wear braces til I was 16, but I’m too severe to be operated on. I live my life as well as possible as I’m sure you and anyone else does.
