A calorie is a calorie, it’s entirely possible to over eat even healthy foods. Also, unless you know her personally, you have no right to judge any aspect of her life, as you have no idea what sorts of factors might be contributing to her current weight. You should really check your language too, nobody likes an immature or negative person.
