feed your kids fish.
A good diet and enough exercise will do more for your kids’ health than supplements. You should know that the supplements industry is essentially unregulated by the FDA. . . and with kids’ health why take chances?
Fish oil would do it, but I’d be careful . . . PCB pollution has been a problem.
