Ok, I went on a low-carb diet and I found a list of foods for snacks, but not many recipes or dinner / lunch ideas other than wraps. Can someone give me suggestions? Also, I’m on a low carb diet b / c it’s the only thing I found that to relieve my stomach pain after meals have. Tried many adjustments and cutting out unnecessary carbohydrate diet is the only thing that keeps me feeling good. I want to love and to eat whole grain foods.
