Were there cases of ovarian cancer in teenagers?
I know it is rare in women under the age of fifty, but there were no cases have been? What causes ovarian cancer?

I would like to know the same thing. I did some research on it and have found some stories that involved females with ovarian cancer that were younger than 20. So, yes, there has been cases of ovarian cancer in teenagers.
I would like to know the exact symptoms of this and when should certain symptoms cause concern. I know that a lot of ovarian cancer symptoms are similar to those of many non-life threatening problems.

I am not sure how many cases, but I know it has happened. I worked with a girl who had ovarian cancer at 17. She was the youngest her doctors had ever seen. She had to have a full hysterectomy and chemotherapy too. She was 26 when I met her so she had survived 9 years after diagnosis, I don’t talk to her anymore but I would guess she is probably still fine.

Yes. I knew a teenager who had Ovarian Cancer. She went through Chemo and survived. One day she noticed her stomach had increased in size and looked bloated. She is very skinny so she noticed right away, and went straight to the doctor. She was only 18.
