Police: Middletown man found with stun gun disguised as cell phone
MIDDLETOWN — Police arrested a 22-year-old man Monday and charged him with weapon and drug possession, after an investigation into drug activity in the Belford section here, according to Acting Detective Lt. Stephen Dollinger.
