I went to the ophthalmologist and he prescribed me +0. 50 reading glasses for my accomodative dysfunction?
I dont see the need in paying a lot of money for these glasses because I know they sell readers, drug stores, etc. I have also searched in several places and can not find +0. 50 I can find only +1. 0th Where can I find decent cheap reading glasses in my power?

Actually, +1.0 is the lowest power available in drug store reading glasses. It would be OK to wear these as the 0.5D difference is close to nothing and won’t harm your eyes if you use them only for reading. They will give a slight magnifying effect.
Really it is best to use proper prescription glasses. But the lowest power drug store glasses should not be a problem if you don’t get eyestrain from using them.

I would seriously recommend that you shop online and not at a glasses store. You can find very good glasses for half as expensive.
I usually shop at http://www.eyeglasses.com and I believe you can buy that prescription there as well.
