A Home Hospice volunteer mentor acts as a knowledgeable friend and guide caregivers. Home Hospice is a palliative care service. We work on the side of medicine and other home services. We are a community program that more than 27 years ago by Dr. Helen Anne Manion a palliative care specialist and her husband Gerard Manion, a consultant has been developed. We support you with our volunteer mentors. We know that support is essential for caregivers when a death occurs at home. We support nurses in their work of love, for help, a support team so that they collect to avoid burn-out.
