But what kind of diet Cori took tow lower her triglycerides in 40 days?
What ‘s 9 in American reference number?I am an athletic person and I hardly eat meat and still my doctor found 290 of Triglycerides in my body.:(
The Doc said it is heriditary in my case.:(
and I am not sure I undersatnd how that is possible.

Im 261 and my cholesterol is 222. LDL and HDL are near optimal, is that something I should be concerned about?
