As the spring hay fever and allergies without taking medication can get rid of?
I already use zrtech (allergy medicine). Right now I have hay fever, as I am typing this message. I have a massive fever and it hurts in my throat when I swallow. It is very annoying! Please help me! please! If you naturally (with drugs) is sufficient to please know sooth my throat repsond. Dont Let Me suffer like this!

I too suffer hay fever and allergies. I an not accustomed to taking any meds for the hayfever. I am also prone to 20 minute sneezing episodes. The one thing that breaks all of the sneezing and gives me relief is water. I drink about a quart and then I keep hydrated. This is something that my grandmother would make me do and it has always worked. hope this helps you as well.

Hot water with honey and lemon really alleviates spring allergies and throat soreness. Hope this helps good luck!!
