    Yes, there are a lot of natural herbs like Tumeric, Ginger root, white willow bark, and Sam-E that not only help reduce joint pain, but provide a safer means of repairing damaged cartilage in joints. I use Synotrex, which contains several of these natural herbs as well as glucosamine and chondroitin.
