I have recently had a sleep, and found that I have obstructive sleep apnea, and it gives me awake at night – often many times. I go through cycles where the problem is much worse, does a bad night sleep, interrupted by another bad night sleep, and so on – sometimes for a month or more. I’ve heard that the symptoms of sleep apnea much worse does, and I am looking for the right treatment, I was to find out just interested in why – what is the mechanism that causes this? Very strenuous exercise during the day or early evening to the same effect. Thanks for any insights.
