When I practiced at the gym at night and ate a healthy diet affect my weight loss and it would fitness results?
I plan to eat a healthy diet recommended by my nutritionist. But I have to exercise at night in the gym for two hours, free weights, weight machines and cardio classes like Zumba and Spinning. I have school during the day so the exercise of the night is my only option. Is that good and what do you recommend?
Absolutely. I do my exercising with weights at night, but my cardio in the morning. But if you exercise regularly and eat a good diet, it almost doesn’t matter what time of day as long as you are steady at it. Your body will let you know which one is better for you.
