I have watery itching eyes, runny nose and sneezing constantly. Its doing my head in.
Talking of strawberries, went strawberry picking recently, now i’m paying for it!

You may want to consider allergy testing, but if not, stay indoors when pollen counts are high (morning tv news reports give levels), or wear disposable face masks (you can buy them at a pharmacy). For your house you can buy an air filtration system . OR, you can keep away from the strawberry fields and/or get a prescription medication for temorary relief of allergy symptoms.
