Glad to answer this! Ayurveda dosha is a humor that forms human body. What is your ayurveda dosha depends upon your natural features of the body and its systems. Ayurvedic dosha, ayurveda dosha, ayurveda doshas, ayurvedic doshas -all are same.
You simply cannot calculate ayurveda dosha as they are invisible and cannot be measured. However, you can find ayurveda physician who can evaluate which dosha has gone out of its track and has produced disease.

All mean the same thing i.e. humor which exists in all human beings.
The basic doshas are Vata Pitta and Kapha which is further graded
depending upon the persons having twin doshas i.e. Vata/Pitta,
Vata/Kapha, Pitta/Kapha and last having all three doshas not
necessary in balance. In medical parlance it would be referred as
Ectomorph, Mesomorph and Endomorph respectively. In laymans
language it would be referred as highstrung with hyper metabolism,
active metabolism and laidback with slightly sluggish metabolism.
To speak in general we can classify them as small, medium and
large. You cannot calculate it but there are expert ayurvedic pandit
who by just feeling your pulse can evaluate which humor is more
dominant in the body. A nice book on ayurveda is PRAKRUTI your
ayurvedic constitution by Dr. Robert E. Svoboda, the first american
to get Pandita degree from Pune University in Maharashtra, India.
