What experience do you have with glucosamine and chondroitin in regards to your arthritis?
I just started to glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM to take in the hope of alleviating the pain in my hip due to arthritis.

I personally have never used it, but I used to work at a pharmacy and G&C is what the pharmacist would recommend over anything else that was available OTC (over the counter).
I also know a few people who have used it, some for others than arthritis, but all of them were pleased with the results.
Good luck and I hope it helps you!

With the ever increasing interest on how to overcome the limitations of living with osteoarthritis, particularly with two major prescription drugs (Vioxx and Bextra) removed from the market, and concerns about long term NSAID usage, two long-anticipated major clinical studies have recently found that Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate work even better than common pain killers!

I have tried all three supplements numerous times for months at a time. Glucosamine and chondroitin did nothing for me, despite my very much wanting them to help. MSM seems to help my skin so I continue to take it.
