Saw Palmetto Hair Loss Solution. Facts about thining hair / balding does not sell anything here.
I’m just a simple experiment for me and others who share the same fate with me thining of the hair. I will continue to use Saw palmetto extract and the results after one year. Today’s Date Sep, 2009 23rd expensive alternative to Propecia and hair transplants. Plus I do not want to have potentially adverse effects of finasteride. I’m not trying to sell, advertise for everyone. Just want to help meyself and others to a safe solution for our problem to find. Oh yeah!. . I look forward to a bathroom mirror in videoing. saw pal blocks dht throught alpha 5 reductase inhibition..one of the 2 types of it..as far as hair loss solution it is far from that…
to a more efficient treatment, u should add beta sitasterol or soy isoflavones extract..but thats just one of the problems to solve xp there actually are many reasons behind the balding process, u need to inhbit tgf-1, estrogen, free radicals, inflamation…. u can do all of that, just learn ur facts xp…. -

Attention to everyone taking saw palmetto, there’re two kinds of saw palmetto, berry extract and whole berry (standardized), Ideally you should take berry extract, if you are taking the whole berry (standardized) you will double the dose, so two pills a day, take the the berry extract instead, though it’s more expensive.

I just ordered the normal capsules which i believe are the powdered berries 450mg and also ordered a standardized extract 320mg providing 288mg fatty acids per capsule, so the standadized extract is better? I just changed my diet to strictly healthy food as well so im hoping for some results in my hair thinning/loss.

Ive noticed my hair is thicker and new hairs are growing where the widdow peak is and also only 5-6 hairs fall out after the shower and they are really thick. I used to have really thin hair and with the use of saw palmetto, fish oil, biotin, b vitamin, zinc, and a multivitamin, my hair is much thicker and dense after about 6 months. I also do cold showers in the morning which i beleive is a big part of it. all the vitamins can be bought at walmart

My doctor told me that saw palmetto has 1 molecule added to it which then converts it to propecia.He said take palmetto and save my money.
