Parties agree to drop case against Tupelo hospice house
TUPELO – A federal lawsuit was dismissed Tuesday against Sanctuary Hospice House and its former clinical director. Casey Lott of Booneville, attorney for the plaintiffs, said all parties had agreed not to divulge any details to the media.
