Ms. Wheelchair Missouri eyes national title
TIPTON — It’s been 14 years this month since Phaedra Marriott-Olsen took her last steps. In 1996, Olsen survived a head-on collision with a drunk driver, but the crash left her paralyzed and in a wheelchair. In July, Olsen will represent Missouri as she competes for the title of Ms. Wheelchair USA.
