Lumbar plexus block and Parasacral blockade of the sciatic nerve (3)

33 y / o male, right hip AVN (avascular necrosis) hereby bipolar hemiarthroplasty. I used plexus block lumbar plexus block & parasacral for the operation. B Bruan nerve stimulator with 100 mm cannula. Lumbar plexus block: 2% Xylocaine 25mL & 0th 5% Marcaine 5ml. (Quadriceps contraction) Parasacal sicatic nerve block: 2% Xylocaine 15mL & 0th 5% Marcaine 5ml (calf contraction and plantar flexion)
