yea it will work fine, using glutamine just helps your muscle tissue recover, it won’t make you big. Getting big is something most people don’t have to worry about. Well i mean people who want to get big will use it, but they will also use mass gainers and things like that. It just helps recovery which can lead to mass gain but it will take a very long time. So in short, yes, its fine. It also promotes intestinal health so your intestines will be working great also.

AST makes the best glutamine it’s called GL3 L-Glutamine try this stuff then tell me what you think take 5-10G before a workout and 8-10G after a workout as a ISSA personal trainer i strongly approve of this glutamine and the man who own’s ISSA and owned the WORLD SQUATING RECORD says how important this stuff is you just have to take it with protein for it to work well plus it’s in whey any way just in a smaller amount

glutamine has only been shown to help athletes recover when doing very intense training, like running marathons.
the average Joe who jogs and lifts weights will never notice a difference, you people are sold on BS bro-science that is designed to market supplements
so sure, go spend money on this nonsense, studies show you will see a 76.8% increase in optimism (but your body will not change)

glutamine helps protein metabolism this has been proven so you can take more protein in one sitting then you could before, it balances the acid/alkaline level, so it reduces lactic acid, lactic acid gives u cramps and stops you from going to failure, but if u are bulking up & eatting a massive amount of food(& whey) u don’t need it that much but when cutting weight (low carbs) ur body will use glutamine for energy b4 any other amino acid, makes sense if u want to spare that hard-earned muscle

it lowers the stress hormone crotisol which breaks down muscle and stores more fat so the higher the stress in your life the more useful it is and steve 121212steve didn’t go to class to learn about how the body works when stresses like weight lifting and running effect the body i did go to class 5 days aweek for a year to become an ISSA personal trainer and if you train like a body builder and are cutting weight this stuff is a most anybody builder will tell you that

i’m sorry but when i used it while cutting weight i lost 14% body fat and still gained 7lbs of muscle in my personal training class, but if u are bulking up & eatting a massive amount of food(with whey & amino acids) u don’t need it that much but when cutting weight (low carbs, low fat) the body will use glutamine for energy before any other amino acid, makes sense if u want to spare that hard-earned muscle doesn’t it

put it this way to loss 14% bodyfat and gain any muscle with out taking roid’s or HGH is hard and and to gain 7lbs in your 4th year of working out without cutting weight is good but the fact that i lost more then half of my body fat and still put on 7lbs muscle is crazy and i’m a hard gainer and my friend in the class who was not a hard gainer put on 13lbs in his fifth year of working out and lost 9% body fat we both took ast GL3 glutamine it works when u cut weight but this 1 is Micronized

actually i have a medical back ground and find that it has no found medical problems when taken (except by ppl with liver problems)
though there is no proven links that L-glutamine improves muscle mass. (better to consume a carbs meal with protein post exercise)
