Is it rare teen girls to get ovarian cancer?
I wonder if ovarian cancer is rare in such as 18-year-olds to 24 year olds? I have worked with abdominal pain for a few months, and I have a regular ultrasound, a transvaginal ultrasound and an X-ray of my stomach, everything was normal again! Did the doctors miss something, or should I trust the results?

Well chances of ovarian cancer in that age group is prevalent for girls staying near copper/cobalt mines and other sico-coniosis areas.. i hope u will be staying in urban area and would be eating healthy food and working in an healthy enviorment.. Your abdominal pain is may be due to ur transitions in hormonal levels… moreover, there are other chances which u can consider such as having hard/repetitive sexual intercouse or using other sex gadgets for masturbation.. if these does not apply then it might be due to your mensuration cycle is adjusting due to estrogen and progesterone imbalance, or due to low-hemoglobin or alcohol consumption or appendix.. even if these doesnot apply in ur case then last but not the least it may be due to over-exerting urself for monotonous work..if even this doesnot appy then i suggest you to go for kidney/renal/anal checkup , there might be some problem.. if u are in a mensuration cycle right now and suffering from pain then i suggest you to take one tablet of Mefta Spa.. see if that helps… Even after now none of the above works… Better show to some really good doctor and go for complete abdominal check up at some good hospital… no need to panic…

Still you are worrying?Any bleeding? Pain related to cycle?
I don’t think you have risk for cancer. Younger age, screening tests negative.

While you can never say never, The chances of ovarian cancer in a teenager are EXTREMELY low. Most women diagnosed with it are past the menopause.
And yes, trust those results.
I have some risk factors for ovarian cancer – I’m post-menopausal and I’ve had breast cancer – and I wouldn’t hesitate to trust those tests to rule it out.
