Is colonic irrigation helpful long term constipation?
Ive been very bad constipation all my life, practically from the day when I was born. I go to the bathroom maybe once a week, when in prosperity, and even then it is not a reasonable Betrag.Könnte with colonic irrigation to help me get through this too? Also, how many treatments I would be likely to need? If someone could something else that would be useful to propose – herbs, supplements etc are very welcome, but please do not tell me to eat more fiber (nothing will) or, and see my family doctor

That is not normal!!! You eat more than once a week.
where and what do you think that food is doing.
making your body toxic.
Medical doctors love that kind of stuff.
It’s all about show me the money.
The more toxic your body becomes, the sicker you will get. The more money they will make.
They should stick to their web md and all their drugs with side effects.
You should go have a colonic irrigation done.
After that you can psyllium or cascara sagrada, aloe vera -

no, it is useful for short term constipation. People who overuse enemas and laxatives develop “lazy” bowels, and become dependent on artificial means to move their bowels.
If you have a life long pattern of a BM once a week, then that is normal for you. Don’t buy into the mythology that you are supposed to have one every day for “health”, everyone has their own rythm.
Fiber, fluids and exercise….sorry you don’t want to be told that.

If you eat more fiber but don’t get adequate water, this could cause chronic constipation. How much fiber do you get? If it’s less than 20 grams, it isn’t enough. 30 is better.
Try adding some olive oil to your diet (make your own salad dressing with it). Add some prunes too.
Get exercise daily. Walking and running help move things along down there.
Colonic irrigation, whatever that is, is unnecessary, and potentially counter-productive and even harmful.
