If I have HIV and not full blown AIDS can i still qualify for disability?
If I cant hold a job because of hiv related symptoms : diarrhea, fatigue, night sweats that keep me up all night, head aches, depression, dizzy spells, yet don’t have full blown AIDS is there a way that I might still qualify for some form of disability or other assistance?
I am already on the 2 year waiting list for Medicare for my disability not hiv. My question is there a way to expedite the process and not wait for 2 years. What r some exceptions and how to do. . . .

For assistance concerning your state information, try calling the 800 number listed under state agencies (please refer to the http://www.thebody.com). In addition, all HIV/AIDS organizations are listed by state on the main link mentioned above. Just click on your state & the corresponding local phone numbers will pop up. The help lines are a great resource to find the fastest available route for disability. Good luck!
