Hawkins teacher arrested at school for public intoxication, drug violations
A Hawkins County teacher has been arrested at the school where she worked for being intoxicated in public. A tip from a student lead to the arrest of Melissa Jean “Lisa” Leeper at Volunteer High School on May 5.
