Has anyone had any good results from glucosamine chrondroitin?
I just started the 2 pills a day routine, and was wondering if it did anything for joint pain/ arthritis?

It does work for me, however you must take it for 2 months steadily before it really kicks in. It does not work for everyone but the pill itself is not dangerous and does not upset you. The answerer who said there is no scientific proof is wrong, doctors and pharmacists will tell you it does work, just not for everyone.

I have used these for over two years. I believe they have been beneficial but although I would recommend them to anyone with joint trouble (mine is in the knees) I also consider the possible placebo effect. I shall continue to use them although my doctor has pointed out that there is no proof that they do any good. They do no harm either so it is worth giving them a try.

I had good results from using the liquid. It took about a day to kick in & when it did…my pain was gone & I was walking without feeling it with every step. After a month, it just ceased to work & was giving me heartburn. Now I only take it when the pain is really bad & it gets me through the week. I have a “fussy” stomach & my eating habits change. I was a complete vegan when I first took the “magic elixer” (as I like to call it). Now I’m eating some meat again & I don’t seem to hurt as much in my joints as I did when I was a vegan.

Yes, it helped me. I was having hip aches to the point where sometimes I felt that I couldn’t trust my hips from collapsing when I was going up or down stairs. And if I vacuumed the apartment and then immediately mopped afterward, I had to take a painkiller and lie down the hip pain was so bad. But I’ve been taking GC for a couple years now and I no longer have any hip pain (unless I really do overdo the walking or exercising or cleaning). It did take a while for the stuff to noticeably work. And the few times I’ve run out of the tablets and forgotten to replace them, my hip joints goes back to aching within days and then I have to take the pills for a couple weeks before I get complete relief again.
