Glucosamine is working on osteoarthritis in both knees? My mother, who is 55 and having pain in both knees. I feel terrible for them and of course I would help her to better share fühlen.Bitte or reply to my Frage.Danke.

I have been taking it since December 2006 and it has made a HUGE improvement in the amount of pain that I am in on a daily basis. Now keep in mind that it took about 3 months before I noticed any difference. I take 2000 mg a day (two pills in the AM and two in the PM). It can be a little expensive but Walgreens runs the 180 count bottles “Buy one get one free” (which are $39.99 a piece) quite often. That usually lasts me about 3 months.

You have to take two separate doses, one for each knee.
