When did the “wait for it, wait for it” cliche come into vogue and why do smug little douche bags like yourself think it’s still funny? Whole thing would’ve been funnier if you’d just played it straight. Alas, just another mugging denizen on the Web enthralled with his own sense of irony. You’re right though, it WOULD have been good with a voice over. I caught the NOLTD soundtrack in the background too. D-O-U-C-H-E.

Seriously, I think I read that the music came from some late ’50s stock music LP, from Capitol Records if I remember, and it was used in some other movie as well. Funny that it should show up in a public information/educational filmstrip.
