Do you have any quivering near your heart since you had your defibrillator put in?
It feels like someone is vibrating it. I have had it since 2005 and this has just started.

I do not have a defibrillator, but I have worked with them for many years. You could be having a short in the defibrillator, or your batteries may need to be replaced. Consult with your cardiologist as soon as possible, because it could also be a drop or increase in blood pressure causing it to act abnormally.

I had a weird twitch below the heart, near my stomach which seemed to happen a LOT for a couple of months. It was like a pulse. It went away eventually. Your Dr. might be able to make some adjustments to the device to fix this.
