do i have to stop taking zoloft and advair when im trying to have a baby?
I’m on Advair for severe asthma and Zoloft for anxiety, i want to have a baby but i was wondering if i need to stop taking advair and zoloft while trying to conceive and when i am pregnant.
also if i do have to stop taking them, how long before i can try to conceive? does it matter?

You should ask your doctor, or even the pharmacist, about medications being safe during pregnancy or while TTC. I was surprised when I called my dermatologist right after I got my BFP and he told me to stop taking ALL of my skin medications asap. I ended up miscarrying, I don’t know if that had anything to do with it or not, but if I had even thought of it beforehand I would’ve gladly stopped taking them sooner.

i know that zoloft can cause still birth so i would stop taking it. you need to ask your pharmacist for a printout of the meds you are taking to see if they will hurt the baby.
