Im a 19 year old male and a few days ago, i noticed I had some mouth ulcers and theyre not going, I can’t eat because it hurts, and i’ve tried mothwash and other stuff, but nothings working, Im also getting pains in my tongue, I also smoke, but only once a week and socially. Other than that I take care fo myself, I eat right, dont drink too much etc.

I am just wondering could it be something serious like mouth cancer ?
