We cannot understand why inspirational storys like this cannot get published into a book. I have sent this story to loads of publishers and they just wont touch it. Thats why we went the self publishing route, which was a mistake. We would love to get this story re-published with another publisher,but it’s very very difficult.
The story is so inspirational but might never get told. Are their any publishers out there who would print this story.

I cannot believe youtube has cut my video short..They cut out lots of bits of our son,collecting an award and even cut out pictures of the book WE wrote……TERRIBLE.

youtube took our song off, which is terrible as it went with the film.

i don’t think its live now also as i cant find it on scoliosis.

how do i put it back on as live? even without music if they refuse to put it on.

we have had permission to use the song which was removed,this song is on other videos but they havn’t been removed. i did the right thing and got permission. so i hope youtube put the song back on.

He still has a metal rod attached and a hook. His spine was fused using BMP. He is doing fine and has check-ups every six months. Thank you for your comments, he truely is inspirational, and shows how brave some children are. I prayed for him everytime he needed surgery, and i think my prayers were heard. Thank you very much and take care. I wish you all well.

he is an inspiration to never ever give up.
i dont have scoliosis, but i have had to wear a halo jacket as i broke my back in 3 places. i knw what it is like to wear one and how uncomfortable they are. i wore it for 12 weeks, and it was awful.

when i watched it, i sorted had a tear in my eye as he is such a brave boy.

Yes we think he is a true inspiration and like you said you wore one for 12 weeks and it was awful. Our son had to wear his for over a year,so you know how he must have felt. Hope you are well now and merry christmas to you and your family.

Hello. I am so sorry your son’s scoliosis was so bad and put him through so many surgeries. This was an incredibly touching video! I hope your son is doing much better and continues to get stronger and healthier every day! I have scoliosis and had spinal fusion surgery almost a year ago now. Take care and never give up, ~Katie

@pokemaster947 i think the song is called “lucky” or “we are the lucky ones” from buffy the vampire slayer sung by biff naked who gave us permission to use it..yes goes well with the video

@tyno359 No he had a full year off school. It would have been dangerous if he got knocked in any way. He did go out with us in the car to go shopping etc. He got some stares from people who should know better. But he coped well. He went hospital every few weeks or so for the pins to be tightened.

he is at main stream school and doing fine. Dont be shy you do want you want and dont let things hold you back,if your shy just speak up abit more,its not a bad thing. your confidence will grow
