I had a left Neph. in 4/05 and in 11/07 they found met to lymph an L2. Small sites, but still cancer. Make sure you maintain follow-ups with Dr on your cancer. See an Oncologist. My Urologist was very good, but they are limited. See an Oncologist. I am currently on path to be completely healed of this stuff.. God is a giving, loving God.

@alinanazarenko1 Hi, I do not go to therapy. The biggest scar from this surgery is only 2 inches and the other scars are only 1 inch, I was only a little sore for about 2 days getting in and out of bed, I was up and walking 4 hours after my surgery. I am 45 years old. Your mom will be fine. I know of a woman who was 88 years old who had this surgery as well, she is doing fine. In my opinion this is the safest type of surgery, and I would not hesitate to have it done again if needed. Take care.

I just had this type of operation done May 13th 2009 to remove my right kidney, I am up and about and feel great this is truly an amazing piece of machinery.
