Perimenopause and menopause your symptoms?
Can anyone tell me what their experiences with these were? What were the first signs, physically and emotionally and at what age did they occur? How did you feel? I am 42 with no children.

I was 53. I went a little bonkers. I had HOT flashes. Not ! meaning they are not flashes they are just hot.
1. Blow the fire out get small fans and set them where you are likely to need them and then just turn them on when needed.
2. GIVE UP CAFFIEN!
3. YES I SAID GIVE UP CAFFIEN
4. Can’t help with the nuttiness just hope it goes away soon.
