Bread and Butter Basics for Backaches Using Homeopathy
0Have you ever wondered why some people have robust health and others donât? Perhaps, itâs that they eat differently, have a better attitude, have better luck in the DNA department or have a better work out routine. Which one is it, or is it all of these? Well, if these thoughts have entered your thinking, youâre on the right track. In order to gain an understanding of any thing new, we indeed need to question, observe and analyze.
Allow me to postulate that health is not random. As a homeopathic consultant for over 13 years, I have seen health and have seen the lack of it. I believe that the principles and laws of health are available to anyone interested in observing and then emulating them. There are explicit strategies, thoughts and actions that must be in place in order to achieve anything we do in life. In attaining health, it would be wise to follow the traditions of true healing. Homeopathy offers this.
Letâs look at common back aches. The most important beginning is to be sure to drink a great deal of water for a few days. Believe it or not, it can be surprising how often back pain, that appears to be complicated, is simply a dehydration issue.
But, if thereâs no change after giving this hypothesis a good effort, then choosing a homeopathic remedy has been reputed to be effective. The main remedy that has a reputation for addressing many types of backaches is Calc phos 6x. Itâs often taken 3 times daily and has been implicated in back comfort. It is particularly important for people who experience pain in the small of the back that is worse in the morning, with coldness and a creeping sensation in that area. Often young people who are growing rapidly find it valuable. Taken for at least 3 weeks, this remedy has a reputation for resolving the pain that is described above.
When the pain is worse in the morning with terrible stiffness that is relieved somewhat or completely with a little limbering up, it is often a match with the remedy, Rhus tox. There is often a worsening of pain and stiffness if the sufferer over works, such as in doing the first gardening work of the year. Another time in which the back might act up and indicate Rhus tox is during a long trip that requires being seated for an extended period of time. These symptoms represent a cluster that is useful in determining the potential for this powerhouse remedy.
When pain in the back is comforted by lying on a hard surface, then the remedy that is reputed to address this is Nat mur 6x. Those who have taken it find that it works best when taken three times per day for weeks.
Back pain can sometimes occur as a result of nervous causes. In this case, Kali phos 6x is reputed to be the remedy of choice.
This is often a successful strategy that is inexpensive and has no questionable ingredients. Homeopathy is a method for people who want to empower themselves with information that doesnât have an ulterior motive. Good bread and butter common sense for people who value good common sense resolutions.

Qivana, Live Interview Unveils Secrets
0As a Qivana IBO success is on everyone’s mind. Recently I was fortunate to interview fellow Qivana IBO Diane Drawdy while she was in Mississippi. I have known Diane since I relocated to Florida in 1970 shortly after Hurricane Camille devastated my home town of Long Beach, Mississippi. Diane and I first met as employees of St. Lucie County Bank in Fort Pierce, Florida. Through the ensuing years we have remained good friends. We have always kept in touch. We visit each other regularly either in her home state of Florida or my home in Mississippi. The Qivana opportunity was first presented to me by Diane. My Qivana Success interview began when I asked Diane how she heard about Qivana. Chris Steele, Diane’s son, was the first to tell her about Qivana, she said. Chris learned about Qivana and how big is was going to be from Stephen Douglas who was a friend of his. At that time no one knew anything about Qivana, not even the name of the company or what the products were. But by all accounts it was going to be huge when the announcement was made. This is the point where my Qivana Success story begins. I was visiting Diane in February of 2009 when she told me of this new network marketing company that she was excited about. None of us knew much at the time, but I have known and admired Diane for over 30 years, so I put my misqivings aside and waited for all to be revealed. We found out the company’s name during a conference call in the middle of February. The name was QIVANA. The name Qivana is derived from combining Qi or Chi which is the Chinese word used to describe “the natural energy of the Universe and Vana from Nirvana, the perfect peace o the state of mind. Later that week we were introduced to the Corporate officers of Qivana during a weekly conference call. My Qivana Success story gets really exciting at this point. The corporate officers read like a who’s who in network marketing and business. The CEO of Qivana, Derek Hall was formerly CEO of McKesson Pharmaceutical Company. He was also the President and CEO for Nature’s Way, Botanticals International, Integrative Therapeutics, Unigen USA and Univera. Earlier Mr. Hall also served as Vice President and CEO of Econet, Inc. Devin Glazier serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Previously Mr Glazier was the Sr. Financial Analyst at Novell and Sr. Director of Finance at XanGo. In addition to a B. S. in accounting, Mr Glazier holds an MBA from Utah State University. Justin Banner is the Chief Strategic Officer at Qivana. Formerly Justin held the position of VP of Strategy and Development at XanGo. He holds a a B. S. in finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Purdue University. Qivana’s Chief Sales Officer is Rodney James. Mr. James was the formerDirector of Product Marketing at XanGo, Director of Marketing at VM Direct, and Director of Sales at NuSkin. Rodney holds a BS in Finance from the University of Utah. Craig Johanson is the Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Johanson was the former VP of Marketing at XanGo and Senior Brand Manager at Tahitian Noni International. Craig holds a B. S. in Marketing from Boise State University and an MBA from Utah State University. After I found out about these outstanding leaders, I was even more excited than before. My Qivana Success dream became a reality when I attended the pre-launch of Qivana in Atlanta. What energy and dedication this corporate team possessed! The presentation, the products, and the company leaders just blew us away. I left Atlanta knowing that I had found a business with the leadership and products I had been searching for. Diane was able to attend the official launch of Qivana in Orlando this September. In the interview I asked her what her impression had been. She agreed with my impression regarding the excellent leadership. Although she had been involved in network marketing before, she told me she had never felt such a sense of integrity in the corporate leaders or in the business owners themselves. People helping people is the idealogy that drives Qivana. Both Diane and I have grown our downline rapidly. The first products were shipped in April and my team already number over 50 IBO’s. Now that’s what I call a Qivana Success story!
