Is it possible for a negative reading OPK (ovulation predictor) if you are actually getting this ovulation?
I used an OPK (ovulation predictor actually dipstick) for 11 days straight and never a positive result. Somewhere within those 11 days I’m pregnant. I’m looking for my second attempt three years later and have not yet become a positive. Who knows how this foolproof? Any similar situations? I’m ready Toni W. ‘s book and TCOYF totally agree there – just thought that was a good backup cycles, as are my SO long!
Yes, it happens a lot that an OPK is wrong. I keep recommending women *not* use them, but there are a lot of recommendations for them!
If you want to increase your odds of conceiving, I would suggest you read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler instead. It has a lot of useful information and is very readable. It will help you read your own body instead of trying to interpret test sticks.
