Is it illegal to buy prescription drugs online without a prescription from a licensed medical professional?
I came across some websites on the internet wher you can buy prescription drugs without a prescription. Is this legal? Has the FDA even said it is safe to buy prescription drugs online without a prescription from a medical doctor? Personally, I think the government should shut down online pharmacies that are selling prescription drugs without the necessity of having a prescription.

It is hard to shut them down because they are based out of Canada and the UK and they ship the drugs to the US. Yes, it is illegal to buy prescription drugs without a prescription. It has been found in some cases that the drugs they sell are not even real. I have heard of them passing off Haldol as Xanax and stuff like that.

In Mexico you can find online stores that sell non-controlled substances that do not require a prescription.
Example of those medications:
