Here’s my suggestion.
Use a whey protein that is free of lactose, is free of fat, contains isolates or hydros or both, and a great amino acid profile. No matter what the serving size is, only take enough scoops so that you get 25g to 30g of protein in one sitting (don’t make your body digest more than that at a time). Take that serving before are after your workout.
Next take a quality multi-vitamin. Spend some money and get the good shit. I hear Animal Pak is good.
Finally, eat clean ALWAYS!

Yes i agree its much healthier to take only natural food. But then again, you probably drink juices, sodas, eat candys and all that stuff, that has much more bad stuff in it than lets say optimum gold whey. Also there are whey proteins that you can buy that are 100% pure, no taste, no sweeteners, nothing.

Yea, but i am sure if u take more creatine it is way worse for ur liver!! that is y they tell u to drink a galleon of water when ur on so ur body can filter out the creatine!! i work out two times a day 20g b4 work out and 20g after!! that is all and then my solid meals!! it destroys ur liver when ur taking 2 or 3 scoops about 50 to 60 grams
