If you consume 1200 calories per day, after the grapefruit diet, you will again be the weight?
I wanted my weightloss by JumpStart on the grapefruit diet for a few weeks, then not switching to a 1200 calorie per day diet *. * Lifestyle Anyone with real experience, can you please tell me when you came out of the grapefruit diet and started a healthier diet, and what were your results? Was the weight back? AGAIN, I do not plan on pigging out when I’m done.
Depends on your activity. You won’t ever gain weight if you burn more calories than you consume. If you have a low metabolism and don’t do any exercise, you may put on weight. 1200 calories a day isn’t too much, especially if you’re exercising 30-60 min at least 3 times a week.
Make sure you’re getting enough calcium (especially if you’re female) and enough protein if you’re exercising a lot. You want to maintain your muscle mass as this will keep your metabolism high & keep body fat off.
