I’m very frustrated having sleepless nights.

An yes I do walk constantly on my job I’m in sales in a 72,000. 00 sq ft building
Ok, this is going to sound crazy, but have you tried taking a multivitamin and calcium supplement to see if that helps with your leg cramping/restlessness? It worked for me for years…
BUT here is the thing, if this works, please get tested for celaic disease. One of my symptoms was RLS (later determined to be happening due to malabsorption of vitamins caused by villi damage caused by an autoimmune response to ingesting gluten). Is RLS on the list of common symptoms of celiac? No. Do many undiagnosed adult celiacs complain about this? yes. We also have pain from osteopenia that also gets called RLS and our true diagnosis gets put off for YEARS because of it. So, please try the multivitamin and calcium trick, see if that works. If it does, get tested. Testing for celiac is a simple blood test, easily done, easily ruled out.
Also, walking before bedtime does help as does taking a really hot bath and getting your muscles good and warm. Also, I had my dog sleep at the foot of my bed/on my feet to add counter pressure to my legs and that seemed to help. If you get a heavy blanket and put it across your legs that may also help a little. Now that I am gluten free I no longer have RLS, so that advice may only be good for people with RLS due to vitamin deficiency like I had, but I figured you are at that point that anything that might help may be a good thing.
