I just started a low carb diet a few weeks ago. I am seeing tremendous results, but I am running out of ideas for meals and snacks. I am afraid if I make the same things over and over, the lack of variety will reduce my chances of success! I don’t want that to happen. I am obese and want to be more fit and active so that I am around long enough to see my 7 year old son grow up. . . . Please, help in anyway you can!
