Some advice on your videos. If you want people to take you seriously cover up the female Dr’s breasts. A tight shirt showing the contours of her large breasts does not seem very professional ( if she was flat chested it might not be as much). At the least it is distracting even to me and I am a hetero female!

I’m experiencing a flare up of swollen joints on both hands in the last few months. Particularly the second joint from the end. After 20 years as a computer programmer, 30 years as a guitar player, lots of snow shoveling this winter, and a increase in the number of dates I play as a musician all seem to have combined to produce this. In particular the middle finger of the left hand has a significant bump as it crosses a 90 degree angle. I’m going to take up the dietary recommendations right away
