holy shit guys you dont have to do like 50 workouts with 150 of each one of it each day lol, 50% of the time people dont lose weight because of mental problem. If you can tell your body to NOT eat at all, then it wont, just dont eat as much, you wil hunger, but just dont eat, just 3 meals a day, no bad foods, just do a simple jog each day, you really dont need to kill yourself

lol we fat americans need to give some of the fat to the needy in other nations seriously stop eating so much and maybe 1 dollar from your daily food price thats 30 dollars a month and give this money to the ones who die out of hunger maybe then you can see some weights coming off seriously think about it form a group or something and help the needy.

dont go by calories !!.calories is energy u also have to eat alot after doing intense cardio dont go bye how much calories is in food thats just not how its done .if ur body doesnt get the right amount of calories u will not lose weight believe it or not its up to u .the reason is if ur bnody doesnt get the right amount it will restore the remaining calories in ur body and u will not lose it as easy .thats why its good if u eat like 4-6
small meals a day -

@SearingForces I have a healthy diet i eat turkey bacon and eggs for breakfast, tuna for lunch, boiled egg for a snack, grilled chicken for another snack and grilled chicken and broccoli for dinner and i do this exercise twice every other day with interval jumrope for my intervals for 10-15 min im 5’11 and i way 184. im not fat, i can slightly see my abs look at my uploads on my page. Im on week 12, so u can get an idea of what kind of shape im in
