For starters, correct your copyright year. better yet, remove the year all together, you don’t need it on your site.
Looks like you have a fairly large number of links to your website but you don’t rank for Miami Hotels. Also, those links are not of high quality, you need fewer links that are more targeted to your search results. Also, your site has too many IBL’s to be less than a year old. Google is not ranking you for that reason alone. Many thousands of in bound links in a relatively short period of time will kill your rankings, especially when the links are site wide links. Hundreds of links from only one domain do not help your rankings ( looks spammy to Google ), or your PageRank ( Google will filter PageRank of spammy links. )
You need to do some content syndication with contextual links pointing back to your site and some links from local hotels would not hurt either. Might be hard to get but any links from any local websites would benefit your site tremendously.
