John Kerry most likely did win, there are still court cases in Ohio pointing out the irregularity’s to the last election, Fla. was another question mark also. Either would have put Kerry over Bush. Yes, Senator Kerry should have won-it wouldhave been in the best interest of our country. And, there are still unresolved matters regarding the 2004 election-especially in Ohio and New Mexico-he may well have really be the true winner in 2004. If you were to ask me if we would be better off now if he had, I have to say yes. I think since he would have had to govern without a majority he would of had to reach out and work with Republicans. And, because it was a new president, people would have been watching more closely therefore forcing the Republicans to at least to pretend they really care about things other than regaining power-and making they vote with some inititives of the President. Senator Kerry also is a more commanding presence and knows how to get things accomplished in the Senate. I think he would have been a damn great president.
