Yep, you will slowly develop your stabilizing muscles, and also improve your nerve memory. Aside of this, it’s pretty obvious that everyone you’re still not flexible enough to dominate the exercises, but give it time. Focus on resting, eating properly, and avoiding injuries. Yoga’s friggin’ awesome, but it is very challenging.

this is 100% normal.
i mean, especially if this is one of the first activities you have done in a while then you will be a bit tense until you keep at it and loosen up.
i go to a yoga class every saturday and sometimes if i miss a class i am a bit tense for the next one.
but stick with it, yoga truly is amazing.
hope i helped =]

Yes, lazy bones do give ache to start with.
Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough. No snacks or drinks in between except water.
Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day.
Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time.

Absolutely normal. It’s good that you don’t push yourself and you give yourself time to warm up. The last thing you want to do is injure your back. It sounds like you are listening to your body as yoga teaches you to and not over doing it.
It’s normal for even those who practice a lot to sometimes have tight muscles and have to warm them up a bit before they can fully go into poses.
