Drink 4L of water a day, walk to work. do low cardio activities, walking the dog/girlfriend/wife/kids. yardwork, don;t be lazy. Eat good food, and eat smaller protions more often. don;t ahve 3 meals a day
Have 6-10 snacks a day, small healthy things. you cazn try diet pills and all teh b/s but they will make you sick, they killed my dad.

Without exercise, you cannot loose weight….its phsycially doing you damage…
Your body needs to move and “work out” but not over work yourself either, you also need to maintain a varied diet, with a large breakfast, lunch and dinner this reduces snacking which can often be the junk foods…
So getting 30-minutes to 1-hour of exercise a day should be fine, this means walking more, jogging, stretching, running or playing sports whenever you can…
Ofcourse its best to keep active and get outside every now and then, and with your food, try a variety, not sticking to the same dinner or meal for 4 days straight….your body requires a range of vitamins, minerals and so forth to maintain its functions and so you stay healthy and hence loose weight if you must.
The important thing is to see exercise as fun, eating healthy as something everyday and stop acting like its chore…
Just be creative, try something new or just do a few more exercises, learn a new healthy meal to cook for friends or family and youll be watching the weight go down if you maintain such lifestyle choices.
